Just bring yourself, your ideas, and a willingness to help. Together, we’re creating memorable experiences for our kids, supporting our community, and making Lake Highlands an even better place to raise a family.

Why Volunteer With LHAECPTA?

🎓 Great Practice for Elementary School PTA

If you think you'll eventually be involved in your elementary school PTA, LHAECPTA is a great place to start.

You can learn how PTA organizations actually work without immediately jumping into a big board position. You'll get experience with things like event planning, fundraising, sponsorships, community partnerships, communication, volunteers, budgets, and working with other parents.

And because our community serves families from birth through the summer before Kindergarten, you can build those skills before your child even reaches elementary school.

It's also a great way to figure out what you actually enjoy doing. Maybe you're a natural fundraiser. Maybe you're better at events. Maybe you love connecting with businesses. Maybe you're the person who can make a spreadsheet make sense. There's no wrong answer!

Start small. Learn the ropes. Meet other parents. Build your PTA skills. And have fun doing it.
