WELCOME TO THE LAKE HIGHLANDS AREA EARLY CHILDHOOD PTA

The Lake Highlands Area Early Childhood PTA (LHAECPTA) began with a simple idea, that the early years of parenthood are better when shared. Since our founding 1959, we've grown into a vibrant, supportive community for families with children from birth through the summer of Kindergarten.

Parenting small children can feel overwhelming, isolating, or just plain exhausting. LHAECPTA is here to change that.

The Lake Highlands Area Early Childhood PTA (LHAECPTA) is a vibrant, community-wide organization supporting families with children from birth through age 6. We’ve been building friendships, creating memories, and uplifting early childhood in Lake Highlands since 1959.

We’re different from your typical PTA, we’re not tied to a single school, but we’re proud to be part of the Richardson ISD Council of PTAs and stay connected to the schools that feed into Lake Highlands High School and Beyond.
