2025 - 2026 Donation Opportunities

 

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Early Childhood PTA of Lake Highlands! We are proud to partner with generous businesses like yours to help enrich the lives of young children and families in our community. Your donation directly supports educational programming, parent education, and family-friendly events—strengthening our community and providing meaningful support to families with young children throughout Lake Highlands.

 

As a thank you, your business will receive promotional recognition based on your sponsorship level:

Friend ($1–149):
Logo on LHAECPTA website; logo in monthly member email; logo in member social media group (shared quarterly); recognition in Character Breakfast & Auction program (name only).

Supporter ($150–299):
Includes all Friend benefits, plus logo in public social media group (shared quarterly); inclusion in quarterly sponsor recognition post; recognition in Character Breakfast & Auction program (logo).

Advocate ($300–499):
Includes all Supporter benefits, plus mention/tag in LH Mamas Facebook group; logo on PTA event signage; dedicated “Sponsor Spotlight” social media post; opportunity to share flyers/business cards at events; recognition in Character Breakfast & Auction program (¼-page ad).

Champion ($500+):
Includes all Advocate benefits, plus option for brief introduction at a PTA meeting; recognition in Character Breakfast & Auction program (½-page ad).

This visibility will remain active through June 30, 2026, giving your business extended exposure to hundreds of engaged local families.

We welcome in-kind donations, gift certificates, experiences, services, or other creative contributions that align with our mission.




Please provide a detailed description of the item, service, or experience you are donating. Include the name of the item, what it includes, quantity or number of guests (if applicable), and any unique details that will help us present it clearly in our auction materials. This description may be used in printed and digital promotions, so please write it as you would like it to appear.



Please let us know if your donation has any restrictions or limitations. For example, specific days of the week it may be used, blackout dates, expiration date, or other conditions. If there are no restrictions, please write “None.”

 


Please provide the fair market value of your donation so we can accurately record it in our financial records and acknowledge your generous contribution.

If your donation item is not a physical item that will be gifted at the silent auction, please upload a certificate to be presented to the winning bidder. The certificate will go directly to the recipient after the auction is complete. To ensure clarity and usability, please make sure your certificate includes the following components:

  • Company name and logo

  • Clear description of the donated item, service, or experience

  • Any restrictions (expiration date, blackout dates, age requirements, usage limitations, etc.)

  • Contact information for redemption (name, phone number, email, or website)

  • Signature or authorization (if required by your business)
