Your donation directly supports educational programming, parent education, and family-friendly events—strengthening our community and providing meaningful support to families with young children throughout Lake Highlands.
As a thank you, your business will receive promotional recognition based on your sponsorship level:
Bronze ($250–499): Logo featured on our website, monthly newsletter, and Character Breakfast & Auction program.
Silver ($500–749): All Bronze benefits, plus inclusion in quarterly sponsor recognition posts on social media and additional visibility.
Gold ($750–999): All Silver benefits, plus a dedicated social media “Spotlight” post, opportunities for company presence at selected PTA events, and a quarter-page ad in the Character Breakfast & Auction program.
Platinum ($1,000+): All Gold benefits, plus your logo on event sponsor banners, a half-page ad in the Character Breakfast & Auction program, a five-minute presentation at a PTA General Meeting, and a curated sponsor spotlight post pinned to our Facebook page.
This visibility will remain active through June 30, 2026, giving your business extended exposure to hundreds of engaged local families.
We welcome in-kind donations, gift certificates, experiences, services, or other creative contributions that align with our mission.
Please provide a detailed description of the item, service, or experience you are donating. Include the name of the item, what it includes, quantity or number of guests (if applicable), and any unique details that will help us present it clearly in our auction materials. This description may be used in printed and digital promotions, so please write it as you would like it to appear.
Please let us know if your donation has any restrictions or limitations. For example, specific days of the week it may be used, blackout dates, expiration date, or other conditions. If there are no restrictions, please write “None.”
Please provide the fair market value of your donation so we can accurately record it in our financial records and acknowledge your generous contribution.

If your donation item is not a physical item that will be gifted at the silent auction, please upload a certificate to be presented to the winning bidder. The certificate will go directly to the recipient after the auction is complete. To ensure clarity and usability, please make sure your certificate includes the following components:
Company name and logo
Clear description of the donated item, service, or experience
Any restrictions (expiration date, blackout dates, age requirements, usage limitations, etc.)
Contact information for redemption (name, phone number, email, or website)
Signature or authorization (if required by your business)
